Premium Investment Fund S.F. (closed-end type), registered in Luxembourg, is managed by Premium Investment Management S.à r.l. and was established in the last decade of 2024. All projects for the fund are structured and transferred for management by Capital Gate, ensuring a high level of professionalism and strategic flexibility.
Although the fund’s structure is relatively new, Capital Gate, with its deep market knowledge and expertise, provides the fund with excellent opportunities to enter the project financing market in Estonia and the Baltics.
