Capital Gate, together with its partners, is preparing to participate as an investor and strategic partner in the large-scale redevelopment of Pirita TOP — an iconic hotel and complex located in the namesake marina of Estonia’s capital, Tallinn.

At the current stage:

• key conceptual solutions and a development strategy have been prepared;
• a clear architectural and economic vision has been formed;
• the investment model is under development.

Capital Gate supports the project not only as a potential investor, but also as the strategic advisor to the owner, providing structural, legal, and economic insight.

Estimated investment volume: over €60 million.
Project launch: second half of 2025 – early 2026.
