About Capital Gate

Capital Gate Investment Group was established in 2012. 

The company is managed by a team of professionals with more than 16 years of experience in the banking sector, financial management, and real estate. Since its establishment, the Capital Gate group of companies has actively participated in the development and management of various business projects and has provided financing totaling up to EUR 300 million across the Baltic markets. 

The company’s primary goal is to apply the extensive knowledge and experience accumulated over the years by investing in profitable real estate opportunities and conducting sound financial operations aimed at increasing the value and resources of our partners.

In 2024, the company completed a comprehensive transformation of its operational structure and activities. Under the leadership of Capital Gate, a management company and an investment project fund were established in Luxembourg, enabling the group to reach a new level of capital management across the European Union.
