Capital Gate Investment Group was created in 2012 in Estonia by local experts in banking and law.
The company is managed by a team of specialists with more than 20 years of experience in banking, financial, and real estate management. Since its establishment in 2012, the Capital Gate group of companies has actively participated in the creation and management of various business projects. In cooperation with its partners, the company has brought over 300 million euros to the market in the form of financial and material assets (Estonian and Latvian markets). The main goal of the company is to apply the vast knowledge and experience gained over the years by investing in lucrative real estate market deals as well as sound and impressive financial operations with the aim of increasing the resources of our partner.
